Beachbody Coach – True Confessions Of An Insane Beachbody Coach

Many people have been asking me lately what exactly is a beachbody coach. Some are confused by the term and wonder what becoming a beachbody coach entails. It simply means that you have become a representative of the products and help others with their fitness goals. Think of it as an accountability coach.

Since I became a coach in mid February and reached diamond status in June I’m here to share my true confessions about beachbody coaching. There are some things you may not realize about the opportunity.

First of all it is not for everyone. I started my fitness journey simply to try and lose 35 pounds and at age 48 I realized now was the time before health issues started arising. I started with the Power90 training because although I had seen the P90X infomercials I knew that was going to be too intense for me starting out. Even the Power90 was overwhelming at first but because of my desire to lose the weight I stuck with it for 90 days and lost the weight.

Now realizing that the product worked I was excited to share my results with others and believe me it wasn’t that hard when people had seen my weight loss. The main thing I want to stress to you is that you have to actually be passionate about the product. If you are looking to become a coach just for the money then you could easily be disappointed. It’s about helping others and if you help enough people reach their fitness goals everything will fall into place.

When you become a beachbody coach they give you a corporate website and 3rd party tools but the downside of that is everyone has the exact same looking website. If you are serious about establishing yourself you must build a relationship with people on a one on one level.

Sure your upline will tell you to talk to your friends, family and co-workers but that system is sure to fail eventually. You must have an online system that will allow you to have interested people find you. Right now there are 40,000 coaches nationwide but only 2% of those coaches have 2 or more people under them. This is what they don’t tell you.

Most of those coaches will fall by the wayside after a couple of months because they are not making money right away. That is why you must be passionate about what you are doing. The reason some people are failing is because they have made it about the money instead of helping others.
