Kettlebell Circuits – A Great Lifting Workout Routine For Strength and Cardio!

If you are wanting a lifting routine to build your muscle mass and get you well conditioned at the same time then you have to implement the strategy of kettlebell circuits, but more specifically a technique that I like called ladders. By now you may have heard of kettlebell training and at least understand that this form of strength and conditioning is a great weight lifting routine. Read on if I have your attention.

You see a great kettlebell circuit to me is one that you can execute without breaking your rhythm or momentum throughout the duration of the lift. Kettlebell training alone is great for this reason. You see there is a technique that you can use with kettlebell training that you can utilize to build yourself a very effective circuit. This technique is referred to as ladders. There are many ways to implement this kettlebell lifting strategy, however I want to give you a single concrete example. One way to do this is to make sure you have the availability of a pair of bells of moderate resistance. What you are going to do in this specific example is execute 3 different exercises for a single rep in circuit fashion. Once you complete these 3 lifts in a circuit of only one rep then you are going to repeat the process again, but this time you are going to do 2 reps per exercise. The third time you are going to do 3 and so on. You see the pattern emerging here, right? For example lets say you are going to use your bells to execute a circuit of a swing, front squat, and shoulder press. Do a single rep of the swing, then the front squat, and then the shoulder press. Then without resting immediately go back into doing the swing but this time execute 2 swings followed by 2 squats and then finished with 2 presses. Keep “moving up the ladder” until you reach the ceiling and then come back down. This is one lifting workout program that is sure to get your cardiovascular fitness into top notch shape along with your skeletal muscle system.

If you haven’t already begun to implement laddered kettlebell circuits into your strength and fitness program then you are missing out my friend. Feel free to access the rest of my material for free on the matter if you have more questions. Remember that most anyone can train hard, but only the best train smart!
