| My conditioning coach Roger Paras taught these to me while training for my last fight. They add an explosive element to an already great exercise. Here I'm using 2 x 45lb bumpers on each side. I generally do sets of 10 for speed. Instead of adding weight to max out every few weeks, I stay with the same weight and try to increase the number of repetitions in a 10 second interval. |
